Registration Fees

Early regular registration		350 Euro
Early student registration		100 Euro
Late and on-site full registration		450 Euro
Late and on-site student registration		150 Euro

Deadline for early registration: May 14, 2010

The registration fee includes:

• Attendance at the symposium technical sessions, including tutorials
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• Participation to social events, including social dinner (only for regular registration)
• A copy of the symposium proceedings

Lunches are not included in the conference fee, but they can be reserved at the conference hotel or in selected bar and restaurants close to the conference venue.

Accompanying Persons

• the full ticket costs 100 Euro and includes all social events
• the social dinner only ticket costs 60 Euro

Student Registration

Student registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming their full-time studentship status. Please email the document together with the registration form. Students can partecipate to social events by adding in the registration form an accompanying ticket fee (full or social dinner only).

Author Registration

At least one author for each accepted paper is requested to register as "regular" by May 14, 2010. Please send an email to sebd2010@unibo.it with your paper ID, the registration form and a copy of the bank transfer.

• **Attention:** On-site check or credit card payment cannot be accepted! Payments will be only by cash

Receipts will be issued at the registration desk during the symposium.

Registration Form

The registration form (also available in MS-Word format) must be filled in and transmitted as attachment by email to sebd2010@unibo.it, together with a copy of the bank transfer. The subject of the email should be SEBD 2010 - Registration of <full name>.
