Definition and Usage
The ftruncate() function truncates an open file to the specified length.
Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
Syntax
ftruncate(file,size)
Parameter | Description |

file | Required. Specifies the open file to truncate |
size | Required. Specifies the new file size |
